And on the third day...
we got an offer on our house!
Go God!

This has by far been our favorite home. Many great memories were born in this place.
Although we are sad to leave our humble abode here in Austin, we are very excited that at the end of the third day of being on the market we recieved an offer - and a good one. The housing bubble has not died in our part of town. In fact it is alive and kicking.

We are going to accept the offer in the morning, unless of course we get a better one before then.

I got the call last night from a really nice guy I met when I was last there.
Thanks Cliff - you rock!

Our plan is to leave Austin on December 19th.
We hope to be moved into our new place by Christmas.

PRAYER REQUEST:
Please pray for us as we prepare for the move. We have also planned a little getaway this coming week. It will be our last real vacation for some time. We wanted to take the time to prepare our hearts and minds for the adventure we are about to embark on. Pray for us to really be able to get away and enjoy our time together. Also, our house here in Austin went on the market this week and we would love to sell it before we head out.
