And on the third day...
we got an offer on our house!
Go God!

This has by far been our favorite home. Many great memories were born in this place.
Although we are sad to leave our humble abode here in Austin, we are very excited that at the end of the third day of being on the market we recieved an offer - and a good one. The housing bubble has not died in our part of town. In fact it is alive and kicking.

We are going to accept the offer in the morning, unless of course we get a better one before then.
