Sold...almost

The day we left Austin, the potential buyer of our home in Austin had several people come out to give him estimates on various repairs. We were saying good-bye to the house as he was walking around, asking questions, and trying to make decisions. The day we got here our real estate agent gave us an update on what he was asking for. Essentially it boiled down to him wanting more money to cover the repairs. We finally came to an agreement last night, signed the amendment to the contract, and faxed it back. The option period ended yesterday at 11:59 PM so if he backs out now it will cost him a lot of money. Closing is set for January 4th, 2007 - go God!
